Entrevista
The interview began with HR which was more of an introduction to the company and an opportunity to ask questions about the culture and benefits of the company. The interview for the position itself was based on your set skills and how you accomplish day to day tasks. I interviewed with the manager and then with 2 supervisors in the department. It was about 3 hours long. The interview process has changed since I interviewed years ago. Now MBM has been implemented throughout the company so the interview questions are now situational and ask of your actual experience. You interview with about 4 different people, (a few related to the position, 1 random unbiased) who all have a different set of questions based on behaviors and situations. These types of questions are used to determine if you are a good fit for the position, team, and company.

4 interviews: HR (Joey Vance, virtual), Account Manager (virtual), Sales Director (virtual), & Global Sales Director + Account Manager(Arash Mikaeili, in-person)
Molex seems to favor STAR format.
Job posting was advertised as remote but when I got to the final interview, they said it was actually 3-4 days a week onsite.
After 4 interviews (1 of which was an 1.5 hours away) they did not make an offer and did not respond to any my follow-up requests for feedback.
3-5 people from the area (managers and supervisors). Be prepared to a sower questions about unexpected situations and how you got around it. Friendly environment and firm responses will get you there !

A Behavior interview was conducted to view characteristic to align with company guiding principles and MBM philosophy. Knowing and understanding the culture of the company and providing examples of being a great fit is helpful.
