The first interviewer, the production manager, was eager to get me hired and tried to give me a couple of opportunities. The second interview was with the directory board; they were hesitant and just tried to find an entry-level guy. My second chance, which was with the modeling team lead, was horrible. He just tried to avoid hiring a new guy. I don't know what the company wants.
