Had a phone screening, then they called me back to interview to schedule interview for the next week. Completely normal interview; good to prepare with average interview question answers. Good job for entry level professionals as pay isn't the best compared to competitors.

I received a call the day after I submitted my resume and application frim the hiring manager. I was offered an interview for the upcoming Saturday. I lived out of state and had booked a flight that cost $600,00. I was called on Friday to reschedule because the hiring manager had “an emergency come up”. When I explained the airfare costs , I got a call back to keep the scheduled interview appt on Saturday. The interview went well and was asked to interview with the rest of team via phone. That also went well. I was offered a position but then resended because I wanted a day off to go back to my home state for my daughter’s high school graduation!! They have a policy of no time off during the first 90 days of employment. No exceptions! I knew if this is how they were now, I cannot imagine what it will be like working there. I found a better job and better pay. And more flexibility. Family is important.
