Phone screen, then meet with panel of VP and other team leads, then meet team. Didn’t make it past phone screen they ghosted me. They said they were looking to backfill 80% of roles (massive red flag) and then the recruiter didn’t bother reaching back out despite the fact that she reached out to me for this role.
