Fairly typical for aviation world, but very comfortable office and management. Standard questions of conflict resolution, attitude under stress, and attitude about tardiness. Always has a second interview with upper management, but is more of a personality interview at that point. Be a team player, and you'll do fine.

You will first be prompted to an over-the-phone interview with an HR representative. If that interview goes well you will be scheduled for an in-person interview with the CSR Manager at Mather Airport.
