After telephonic interview I was told to choose a date for in person interview! I reach on time on my scheduled in person interview. After waiting for more than half hour I was informed the person to interview is busy! Then HR says to me she’s not come in! Instead an assistant buyer comes in to interview me and says the person who was interview you is sick but shel be back soon! Then HR says no she won’t be coming in today. We will have to reschedule your interview. GR8!!! To top this I get an email from HR saying team has gone ahead with other candidate!!! Huh... Wow that’s awesome! On what basis they came to this conclusion where I wasn’t even interviewed by the person!!! Total waste of my time energy and my money! People working there have no idea what’s going on there! No similarity in their reasoning...
