Two recruiters contacted me to apply for this position, as they had tried with many other candidates in the past few weeks or months before May. Initial interviews with recruiters are easy. Both sent me to the 2nd round. 2nd is a virtual one with Manager. 30min max. He arranged this round, one candidate followed by the other. No extra time to talk. Good benefits from the organization shared by him in half of this interview process, with some simple questions after this sharing. The 3rd round is on-site with Manager and Director. One of the Manager did not shown up, which was mentioned to be in the interview process in their invitation. The whole process was estimated to be 1 hr. The actual interview time is just 40 minutes, which is mentioned before the interview starts. Seems they are still chosing the other candidates, or the entire process has been repeated quite a few times in the past, or this is just going through the motions. General experience questions in this round. They mentioned this role has to do some travel to different business locations, which is not mentioned in the application process or job poster, but no a problem to me. They gave some positive reactions after the interview, but the recruiters seemed to know the interview result one day before the interview started. As I noticed, the quality team prefers an unpopular ethnic group to balance their internal multi-ethnic structure, which was mentioned by all people.
