The process was chaotic and disorganised. I was randomly pulled for a call when they felt like it. The tech assessment is a code review. I went through all rounds + they asked for references. After I provided good references and they called them, I got a generic rejection without any reasoning. Only "we decided to move on with other candidates". Even though the company exists for a while, the dev team seems semi-broken and immature.
