I passed through three interviews. The first one was in Portuguese with Aradib Morgan, a pretty nice guy who creates a very comfortable environment when talking about my life plans. The second one was in English with Theo, with a technical approach with some logical questions. The last one was with the CEO, Paulo, it was a great conversation. I felt like he wants to create a friend, not an employee. In every interview, I was not pressured to be someone else, and my academic background was respected a lot.
