I applied for a position at MixMax that seemed to be a good fit for my skills and experience. Despite my thorough preparation, I received an automated rejection email without any feedback or interview opportunity. This lack of communication was both surprising and disappointing.

1. 15 mins HR interview 2. 1 hour behavioural questions interview with Hiring manager 3. 2-3 hours of coding take home assignment. A simple one. They want you to add a small feature to a given working project. 4. 1 hour take home code review and add a feature in live coding session 5. 1 hour system design interview After the first HR interview they shared a step by step guide presentation about their hiring process, tips and tricks for interview, short company information, what kind of contract they offer and some more useful information etc. It was helpful. The interview process was not a short one :) but they transparently shared interviewer's their feedback after each step. Even in my failed step (system design interview). HR and interviewers were respectful and friendly.
