The interview process started with an email questionnaire about my experience and skills, then quickly progressed to a video call with the Dealership Director and Creative Director. A few weeks after that I interviewed via video call with the Principal of Design. I then met via video call with a couple of designers. They eventually decided not to hire for the role.

Multiple interview process, with initial 2 interviews taking place virtually. First interview was general - get to know me, get to know their company and what they’re looking for, discuss how I may be a fit for the role and their office culture. 2nd interview gets a little more in depth about details and providing compensation information, will meet another person from the team. I did not do a 3rd interview due to accepting another job offer.
