It was a complete wastage of time. First HR called and asked about work experience, tools tech stack, current CTC and then scheduled an online Aptitude test .I cleared that.
Another person called and asked about my role and profile. These were the same questions which i already answered then a proctored test was conducted which again had some aptitude questions. Couple of days later someone called again -asked me the same questions about my current role for the 3rd time and then said the budget that they had for this opening was less than my CTC.
I mean when they knew this fact when i told them my CTC during first interaction, why to conduct the useless online tests?
The funniest thing happened next. I received a mail which mentioned that they could not take my candidature forward since they found someone more qualified and experienced for the role and a better fit. That just made me burst into laughter!

TBH nothing which is really needed to test the skilset of a manager who can manage a project/process or people. some basic aptitude test questions.

Looks like HR had some targets to complete. They chased me for more that 3 months ... Asked for online test and then proctored online test.... Then next day answer was like u cleared the test... But position is filled now... I mean what kind of interview process is this... Even in the online test.... It was more of a bank PO entrance exam.. which has nothing to do with my role....
