Initially it was great. I submitted my application on Tuesday, got an email from HR on Wednesday, then had my first phone interview on Thursday. They have some weird timed IQ test to take to eliminate some people. Passed that then had my phone interview with the hiring manager on the following Wednesday. Very professional and answered all my questions. They are very transparent....the first thing we discussed was pay....which was way below what I wanted or expected. After some fake promises were given, I expected an onsite interview because it went so well. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks. I moved on after getting the cold shoulder. They eventually said "kinda" offered me the job if I was willing to take a pay cut which I declined. But I'm sure the whole experience would've been easier and smoother if I would've taken less money.
I just wish they would've kept me in the loop the entire time.
