The process took about 3 weeks. There was an initial phone screening and then a panel interview. The initial phone screening was very professional and challenging. The questions were around object-oriented development. I got all questions right and was confident. The first stage of the panel was a 1-on-1 followed by 2-on-1. The interview was very monotonous with little acknowledgement of my skills or achievements. The second round seemed very unprofessional.
