It was scheduled in advance according to my availability. It was well structured. It started on time and ended on time. Interviewers were well prepared and asked relevant questions. Questions were relevant to the position.

Interview was scheduled, and I met with two Directors. The tone of the interview was informal. I had a very negative candidate experience because after discussing how the HR group was increasing engagement with employees, no one from the organization bothered to respond to my thank you note or provide any feedback on the interview. This is disrespectful and not at all indicative of the values they claimed to have. At least I learned that this organization doesn't walk their talk early in the process.
