I was interviewed by one of the nurse managers over Copestone. We met one on one in a board room for twenty minutes where he asked me a list of questions.

Why do I want to practice nursing in the mental health setting?
Brief and non intimidating process. Hired within a week of interview. The interviewers were team leaders and made me feel very comfortable. The interview lasted about 30 mins and the interview questions were not hard

on the spot. DON/ ADON Looked over the application and offered the job. Background check was still pending when I started. They are very desperate and will hire who ever enters.
I am curious if you were asked to take a Prophecy assessment during your interview, as it is one of the tools we use to gauge fit with your potential role at Mission, as well as previous employer references. Interested to hear if this was not part of your experience!
