The interview process consists of the English language comprehension test: reading, writing, listening and speaking on fairly general topics. The test is quite easy to pass. No translation skills are tested.

It is a very very very lengthy process with CI Interview and Clearance. They do background checks, credit checks and a very through background investigation. they test your linguistic abilities, read, write, speak, listen etc.
