First contact with a Technical Recruiter, polite but not so experienced. Second with one fo the hiring managers who were asking general questions. There was a miscommunication issue because his English wasn't so good. This is why I believe hire more Russian people... I also noticed a problem with their mentality and probably they do not want to bring better people than them to lead the company. The position is still open after 6 months. This thing shows that they are not open to people that can move the company to the next level...
