1. Application
You can apply online on our careers page. Once you have submitted your resume, our team will assess your qualifications in relation to our open opportunities and reach out if there is a potential fit.
2. Phone Screen
If you are selected, you will be invited for a phone screen with a member of our Human Resources team. Our team will follow up with you on next steps within 48 hours of your first phone screen.
3. Interviews
After a successful phone screen, you will be invited to meet with us for onsite interviews. You will interview with 3 to 5 employees who may have different roles within the company. They will help you to understand the position, our corporate culture, and opportunities to grow your career.
4. Evaluation
At the end of your interviews, each Mirakl interviewer will participate in a thirty-minute roundtable debrief to discuss their feedback and come to a final decision. Once a decision is reached by the group, a member of our Human Resources team will connect to share the news. A complete analysis and discussion of each interviewer’s feedback is a vital element of our recruiting process and ensures that we assess all elements of your background.
