The recruiter I worked with was friendly and straightforward. She asked me about my familiarity with the company and my previous experience. After passing that interview, I met with someone on their California team. The company was looking for someone with examples of vertical videos of shoes in their portfolio. Since this appeared to be a hard requirement, I do wish it was more strongly emphasized in the job posting, or I may not have applied. Otherwise, the interview process was fairly transparent and smooth.
