Mirachem is a small yet very effecient and structured orginization. Positions are minimal as the system is set up to do much of the work. The interview process is very comfortable and friendly and consists of meeting HR department and manger for department of application. It is benificial to do your research on both the company as well as the product line to be best prepared for the interview.
