Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. El proceso duró 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en Mintz
Entrevista
Weirdest interview ever. Very pretentious but I heard from clients their work product does not match up to their “We’re better than everyone” attitude. They are adamant about wanting top 10 percent at the top 15 law school but they have Associates that are not in that criteria
Had an interview with a Mintz practice group leader several years ago. It went very professionally overall, even though I wasn't ultimately hired for the role. The role itself was actually discontinued for some reason, meaning that nobody was ultimately hired for that position.
three rounds. I didn't get it. They hired an intern instead. I was a 3L. First two interviews were amazing. Last interviewer came in late and didn't want to talk to me. Everyone else was lovely. She said she was going to retire in the next few years.
Basic background questions. Why this firm? Why this location? Why are you leaving your previous position? 30 minutes long. Specific questions about details on my resume. The interview asked questions for 20 minutes and I asked questions for the remainder of the time.
