Initially offered a phone screen because of an employee referral. The interview process consisted of a 30-minute phone interview with current analysts followed by a 2-hour in-person interview with current analysts and attorneys at the firm.
Great interview experience, interviewers were respectful and jumped in to ease the tension when I froze up. Questions were pretty standard, but they included a more creative curveball question at the end.

Standard, two-stage interview. One with the recruitment manager and one with two project analysts from the New York and Boston offices. Entire interview lasted around 45 minutes. Two different rounds of interviews.
