Entrevista
Brief phone interview involving some simple questions about design and print. No in-person interview. Phone interview was only about 15 minutes long, followed by a brief design exercise via email. I was hired without ever meeting anyone from the company in person.

Before in-person there is a design challenge by e-mail to see if you have a good eye. In person, the interview process was very friendly and encouraging. They go over your resume and about you briefly, and then do two 15 minute independent tests on the computer to see if you know some Photoshop and Illustrator basics. Search how to make clipping masks beforehand. Also practice replicating a design. You are allowed to get 1-2 things wrong. It's not too hard.

Saw the posting on Craigslist and applied. Several days later, I got an email and was asked to complete a design exercise to confirm that I knew my stuff. I passed and was asked for a phone interview several days later. I passed and was asked to come in on-site and completed another design exercise and an interview with a manager

The entire process was slow but positive. I applied via the website in mid-September and got a response in mid-October. From the initial recruiter response to the offer took a about two weeks. It was a streamlined and professional process. Everyone involved was pleasant, professional and clearly knew what they were doing. It was a good introduction to the company.
