30 minute telephone interview, asking about salary expectations, how you would lay out the store for the new season etc. How you would inspire your team around you. What notice period would you need to give.
For me it was a friendly experience and not overwhelming despite the management position. The lady seemed to genuinely just want to get to know me. It was relatively informal which meant I felt working there would also be a friendly environment.
