Minor Figures reached out to me about a role that closely matched my experience. After a couple of positive interviews, communication stopped entirely. This was especially disappointing given their emphasis on having a transparent, communicative process. Unfortunately, that promise didn’t match the reality. Even after I followed up, neither the recruiter nor the hiring manager responded. Overall, it was a poor experience that left me questioning the credibility of what they say.

They held three interviews, which started with an initial intro call, then there was a face to face meeting followed by final round. The final round was a presentation challenge.
