Applied online. Took 6 months for application to be reviewed and contacted. Two interviews, one with the HR manager, the other with the district manager. They later contacted me on an offer. They tried to make the offer sound really great due to opportunities to grow in the company, but the base line offer was still below average.

The hiring process was very straightforward. I was asked regular retail questions about experience, internal and external associate questions and a lot of scenario questions. I was hired within 1 week of interviewing with the company.
