Submitted CV and received a request for telephone interview (approx. 1 hour of fairly casual chat). Invited to interview in person, which consisted of 2x presentations plus 1 hour of interview questions/chat about me, the role, the company etc.

I got contacted by a different recruiter 3 different times for the same position, I got dismissed after the 2nd interview for the first 2 times because I didn't meet the qualifications both times and still they contacted me again for the same position less than 6 months later,
