The interview process was unprofessional as it gets, lack of feedback. e.g "motivational compensation, benefits, perks and working in international environment, hybrid model" is equal to freelance job with no contract.

I was ghosted for the interview. I had been in contact with the company and arranged what was supposed to be a virtual interview. We agreed on the day and time and method (zoom). All the information was exchanged, and despite an exchange of emails prior to our video call to confirm the time, not only the interviewer joined the zoom call 15 mins later, but also didn’t turn on the video and left the call a few seconds without saying anything. I followed up immediately after via email to make sure there were no technical issues and if we could reschedule. I never heard back. Very astonished at the lack of basic level of professionalism that the company has shown.
