I recently completed the full interview process with Mindgate, which included two technical rounds, an HR discussion, and documentation submission. From the beginning, I clearly communicated that my notice period would be 45–60 days. I was assured this was acceptable for the role. Over the course of almost a month, I proactively followed up multiple times via emails and calls to check the status. Each time, I received vague or misleading updates without clear communication. Finally, after a long wait, I was informed that the role required a 15-day notice period — directly contradicting what was communicated initially. I feel that the lack of transparency and the delay in providing critical information led to a significant waste of time and effort from my side. I hope this feedback helps future candidates and encourages Mindgate to improve their recruitment communication and process clarity.

First technical interview I cleared 2nd interview I clear they ask me for hr round but they didn't received any call. The interview were average I have been asked logical questions like sorting array, Introduction, project related questions, swaping no program, some adcance java questions.

in first round they asked about the basic java concepts in multiple choice questions formats and then there were aptitude questions in it there were 3 aptitude questions overall if you are string in the basic it will be easy to crack
