First interview via phone, second with someone from the team and 3rd with a senior engineer.
While the initial interview was supposed to be 45 minutes, it only lasted 30 minutes which meant I didn't had any time to ask any questions, so I sent them in an email.
Never got an answer to my questions but I was informed that I didn't make the shortlist ...and then the job ad was reposted.
I got the feeling that I was rejected simply because I was "too professional". Also, since there was no discussion on the salary, I got the nerve to ask in my email about the budget for the position (and my gut tells me this is frown upon with MindDoc).
While I was really interested in their mission and genuinely interested in working with them, I think I dodged a bullet here.
