Be well prepared and it is not as hectic, some centres may require you to head down to give a lesson trial.
Not really an interview, took me 2 hours plus as he was talking throughout about how good the centre is. Offer given on the same day and process was very fast.

Easy. They are just desperately looking for teachers. As long as you have the required qualification, highly likely you’ll be hired. It feels like a profit driven school out there to make money though
