Had a meeting with the site Operations Director. Basic discussion of past work history followed by 3-4 behavioral style interview questions. This was all followed by a site tour of the facility. The facility had countless 6S opportunities everywhere I looked. Offered $70,000 one week later post-interview. Salary range/offer was $35-$40,000 below average for a job of this level.
