      Fantastic interview. The interviewer was thorough and kind. Very professional. There were many questions about previous experience but mainly specific instances that relate to daily operations.

      The interview process was swift. I met a gentleman at a Bible study and he mentioned that Mimeo needed some more Customer Service representatives. I created the online profile at Mimeo.com/careers and submitted my resume. Since the gentleman works at Mimeo.com my resume surfaced quickly to the top. The interview process was relatively fast. It began with an interview with the Customer Service Manager and the Account Service Manager. The VP of Customer Relations/Service joined us and the conversation went well. Towards the end of the interview they brought in a current customer service rep. who opened the floor for more specific questions. After the interview the salary / pay part was vague and the customer service director clarified that this would be handled by H.R. The overall culture at the Memphis location is tight knit. This has huge advantages and disadvantages. As a new person I took the position relatively seriously. Ideally, I would have been overly professional from the beginning. In that aspect I think several people perceived me as someone who was laissez faire. I believe that this sealed my career direction at Mimeo. I experienced the humbling time of seeing folks in my department hired after me and advance through the ranks, while I stayed in Customer Service. The benefits are very good. The pay is reasonable. Here is a little advice about joining this company: find someone high up in the ranks. Become their new best friend. Learn everything you can about their job and who they are as a person. Study as much of the company from the inside as possible. Make allies and prepare to move up, without being cocky about it. If you experience no advancement within two years, move on.
