Shortlisted applicants are invited to an in person assessment centre, including an opportunity to meet trainees. You undertake a group exercise, an individual exercise, a written exercise and an interview with a partner and principal associate.

Was invited to an Assessment Day. Well organised process. Assessment Day consisted of a group exercise, individual presentation, partner and principal associate interview, and a written exercise. Heard back 2 weeks after the Assessment Day.
