I first had a phone screening, which went really well. The woman was super friendly. I heard back about 3-4 days later and was invited for an onsite interview. The onsite interview included meeting the supervisor, meeting the QC team, and a tour of the facility. The supervisor was great, we seemed to clique and she was focused on asking a lot of team questions and how to handle conflict questions. The QC team (there was about 10 of them in a room, talk about intimidating) asked similar questions. I was finally given a tour of the facility by one of the team members. I thought it went well, but it's been 2 weeks and I haven't heard from them.
