Sigma-Aldrich reviewed my resume in School's career center and then called me. Interview was conducted three weeks later. Three project managers interviewed me for one hour, mainly based on my previous project management skills and some behavior questions. They also asked me to bring a sample project description for detailed discussion.

Very normal interview, nothing out of the ordinary. Two interviews, both of which went okay. Both interviews on zoom, then they followed up through email promptly. This would definitely be a little bit harder if it were for a job interview but since it was an internship, it seemed a little bit easier to interview for.

The interview process with MilliporeSigma was very engaging. I was given the opportunity to answer questions about myself and my experiences, and I was asked about my career goals. Everyone I had the opportunity to interview with was very outgoing and experienced.
