Applied on their website. Pretty long and filled out as much as I could about classes and labs pertaining to job. Received a phone interview and got a call back a week later for in person interview with two hr reps and then two plant supervisors. Questions were typical hr questions. With plant supervisors made sure to include experience.

Short and quick, really wanted to move to the next candidate. Felt like they just needed a body to fill in the position. Really was not that impressed with the experience as a whole.
Interview started with a tour of the facility followed by a one on one with the manager. I had to take a quick test covering basic organic chemistry and the interview ended with me giving a presentation.

Very down to earth interview. Just be yourself, there are a couple question about experience. There boss is pretty much layed back. I would recommend this job to a start up chemist
