Found the job through a web posting. I was contacted by e-mail for an interview. The interview was about 30 minutes. Interviewed by the office manager and one of the architects. Second part of the interview was done by the current intern working there. Very casual, gives you a good idea of what the job is like day to day. Contacted again via e-mail from the architect about moving forward with the hiring process.
