Applied online and was invited for in-person interview. Very odd to have a skills test for a manager position. Would have made more sense to just review CV and ask relavent questions. The set up was odd, four person panel in a very tiny room including one person who did not work at the company. Interview felt very stiff and did not receive a lot of feedback from the interviewers. They just went through their list of questions.
