It started off with a one-way interview where you record yourself answering pre-recorded questions. The questions are fairly average while some ask you to get a little more in-depth about what you would do in certain situations. Nothing too about this part as long as you're prepared. I moved forward past this stage and was then asked to complete an assignment where I had to create a web page for a small business that needed to meet a certain set of requirements. This was HIGHLY INVOLVED and took me nearly 3 hours to complete. Given my work options at the time, I went out on a limb and decided to do it only to find out 3 weeks later that they moved forward with another candidate. My advice? DONT fall for this nonsense if you don't have the time. This position does NOT require the amount of time and effort they're asking of potential candidates that can't be accomplished with showing your resume, submitting various clips of your previous work, and 1-3 interviews. There's better opportunities than this out there. Trust me.
