The process began with a job-specific exercise (mine was to design a homepage mockup for a fictional company). The next step was a video-based technical interview where the interviewer's questions were pre-recorded and the interviewee's answers were recorded and submitted. After that came two face-to-face interviews, first with a potential team-member followed by one with the division manager.
