Short and not much to it. Great atmosphere at the time meeting the founder, operations director and other staff members. It lasted about one hour and was more conversational style

Entrevista
I received a call describing the position and if I was interested, then scheduled an interview date. When I visited the office, the interviewer spoke at length about the company. They work with many non-profits and schools. The position would be for someone who can take on multiple clients and would become more like a creative director later on. The interviewer seemed to want someone with more experience. I did not get a chance to talk about my skills as a designer. The next interview would be with different interviewers about more creative topics.
