It says in your review that you interviewed 5 years ago, and we have been working since then to make sure that out our process is much more efficient and enjoyable for the candidates. If selected for an interview, our process includes a phone interview and 2 in-person interviews. All interviews take time to make sure the candidate understands the role they are interested in, that includes "day in the life" scenarios, shift expectation and the call aspect. Since we strive to find qualified people that are dedicated to the mission, our interview process may take longer than other places.
