The overall interview process with Midland Credit Management was structured and included multiple rounds with different team members. Most interactions were professional and informative. However, during one of the final round interviews, I observed behavior that impacted the quality of the interview experience.
Specifically, the interviewer appeared to be multitasking throughout the session—openly managing emails, speaking to colleagues, and using a mobile device. There were moments where audio from videos or apps was audible during the interview. As a result, it was difficult to maintain engagement, and I needed to repeat some of my responses or clarifying questions due to a lack of attention.

The rest of the session was essentially an overview of the subsequent interview process, like an information session. There will be three follow-up rounds, each comprising a case study along with other components, and it sounds quite challenging.

In second round, they asked about a case of book store. A lot of math. In addition, they tested a logic puzzle about mail delivery, which means that they asked you to fill out a form.
