The Vice Operational Manager reviewed my resume online, contacted me to set-up an interview, a few days letter I had an interview face to face with one of the Managers, and took a competency test. Followed up with the Manager I would be working with at the store I applied to, he did a few follow up questions. Followed up with Manager a day later and he forwarded consent documents for me to fill-out regarding approved background check. Once my background check came back with no indiscrepancies I started work the next day.
