Mine interview process was pretty diffrent than others, so it has no reference value, But what's important is to know what they value most, First, is how you respond to dilemma about conflict between you and colleague who is in another position. Secondly, is how will you respond under presure. Third, is your report and conversation skills. I'm grateful that my interviewer was kind enough to give me some useful input after interveiw, it helps a lot for me to review my problems.
