      Entrevista

      The interview process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen, followed by a virtual onsite interview. The onsite included multiple rounds covering data structures and algorithms (LeetCode-style problems), behavioral questions, and some system or design-related discussions. Overall, the process felt somewhat challenging in terms of coordination and communication. In particular, the recruiter interaction felt a bit rushed, which made it harder to fully present my background and ask clarifying questions. During the onsite, the interview styles varied across rounds, which made the experience feel less consistent.
