a panel telephonic interview and then face to face interview on site. The company made good arrangements for my stay and travel. Apart from that the hiring manager and the team were very unprofessional. They didnt want to provide any information about the role (apart from the description) and the past or the current work that they were doing. There was no factory/company tour too. The hiring manager comes from non technical background. But he is a long time company veteran. One of the interviewers was very new in company and was asking very theoretical question. It was very difficult to talk to two different type of audience at the same type. I was required to give presentation. For almost 2 hours i was standing and explaining my work. I was not offered a seat. Whenever i shared something that they thought is useful, they noted it and asked questions about it. But as I mentioned earlier they didnt tell anything about their own work. I also noticed that from beginning of my presentation, people were checking their phones...i felt that they didnt respect me
