Send an agenda for the interview and who I will be meeting. Tell me what to expect during the technical part.
Interview should not take longer then 3-4 hours.
During screen have information ready for me 401k matching, health insurance options, any other benefits. Work hours, work life balance and a bit about company culture.
Have a technical discussion about my experience and what would be required of me at this position. I want to be a good fit and I want to be honest about things I will need to learn which are not a big deal as I pick up things quickly.

Asking irrelevant question how to use AI to improve efficiency. How does it have the bearing to the role you are applying. Policy is no discrimination but asked you why you want to leave your current company and he will check with your current company boss. Hello did I give consent to break my rice bowl? So basically, a year ago I interviewed for micron technology that had visited my college campus. They asked basic questions about my technical background that was ece. The questions were really basic. They mainly focused on non technical questions as the job role was more on the management side.
